  • Pre-registration for activities: The purpose of the data processing is based on carrying out the pre-registration, participation, teaching and subsequent monitoring of the participants in the AI4PROSA activities,
  • Newsletter: Send by email to the email address provided by the user the newsletter AI4PROSA and information related to the project activities.
  • Events information: Send by email to the email address provided by the user information about the events of the following topics: presentation of results, intelectual property, product safety, new technologies applied to product protection and its safety, and consumer rights.

LEGAL BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING

By accessing our website and filling out the forms or sending us data through the indicated electronic contact means, you accept this Privacy Policy. For this reason, the legal basis for the processing of the data is based on the user’s consent. This applies to the processing of the following data:

  • Pre-registration for training activities: The data collected is kept for pre-registration for training activities. The data collected for pre-registration purposes is kept for a maximum of three (3) years from the date of collection or last contact by the User.
  • Newsletter: Your email address is kept for the purpose of sending you the active newsletter. Your email address is no longer used to send the newsletter as soon as you unsubscribe and is deleted if it is no longer used for other purposes. In the event of prolonged inactivity on your part for a period of three (3) years, you will be unsubscribed from the newsletter and your email address deleted.
  • Event information: Your email address is kept for the purpose of sending you the active information about the events of the following topics: presentation of results, intellectual property, product safety, new technologies applied to product protection and its safety, and consumer rights. Your email address is no longer used to send this information as soon as you manifest your intent to unsubscribe, via email for example, and is deleted if it is no longer used for other purposes. The data collected for event information is kept for a maximum of three (3) years from the date of collection or last contact by the User.
